Key Responsibilities
1

Seamless Order Fulfillment

  • Ensure operations run smoothly to deliver on-time service with no cancellations, late shows, or missed appointments
  • Ensure all jobs are delivered with the prescribed set of equipment and consumables
  • Determine gaps to maximize utilization of supply
  • Generate insights for improving fulfillment via data trends, customer interactions, and field visits
  • Solve real-time partner & fleet partner issues and ensure process adherence

Customer Satisfaction & Quality

  • Ensure customer satisfaction scores (NPS, average ratings) are as per targets
  • Own the supply selection process to onboard the right quality of partners
  • Design SOPs to deliver customer delight across all service categories
  • Performance management of partners via data dashboards and regular reviews
  • Stay up to date with technological innovations to deliver customer delight

Training & Partner Development

  • Design screening, training, and retraining programs to improve fleet partner skill set
  • Determine measures of success for partner performance
  • Generate insights for improving quality via data and regular customer interactions

Customer Retention & Repeat

  • Use available technology functionalities to create ease in repeat bookings
  • Design intelligently defined packages for different customer segments
  • Develop different selling strategies for packages to maximize repeat rates

Partner Satisfaction & Engagement

  • Ensure partner satisfaction score (NPS) as per target
  • Create & execute partner engagement processes including rewarding & recognizing top performers
  • Enable manpower companies to solve partner-related issues
  • Take initiatives for improving partner experience at various touchpoints (screening, training & retraining)

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Leverage SQL and business analytics tools for data-driven decision making
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards for operations and partner management
  • Generate actionable insights from data trends to continuously improve operations
Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality
  • Knowledge of SQL and prior experience in business analytics
  • 1–4 years of work experience preferably in start-ups or operations domain
  • Willingness to hustle and go above and beyond to get things done
  • Ability to engage and manage a large base of blue-collared workforce
