Key Responsibilities
1

Demand Forecasting

  • Prepare procurement forecasts with business teams based on historical data, growth trends, and seasonality
  • Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and category teams to align procurement volumes
  • Maintain rolling forecasts to balance availability and excess inventory

Procurement Planning

  • Consolidate forecasted plans and share with vendors for optimum price with maximum MOQ
  • Create and manage purchase orders through ERP/WMS aligned with budgets
  • Track plan execution and flag deviations; adhere to timelines to avoid OOS

Quotation & Vendor Negotiation

  • Share requirements with vendors and collect quotes for all procurement items
  • Conduct comparative analysis of quotations for best value
  • Document all quotations for audit compliance and reference

Cost Control & Optimization

  • Negotiate with vendors for optimum pricing while maintaining MOQ
  • Identify bulk buying opportunities, early payment discounts, and alternate sourcing
  • Monitor spend against budgets and recommend corrective actions

Vendor Payout Management

  • Ensure timely payouts to Advance/Credit vendors per agreed terms
  • Coordinate with finance on invoicing, scheduling, and dispute resolution
  • Maintain payment tracker for zero overdue liabilities

Vendor Management

  • Maintain optimum vendor count to mitigate dependency risk
  • Maximize credit vendors; conduct monthly reconciliation
  • Evaluate vendor performance and onboard new vendors including Repairs & Salvage vendors

Sourcing & Channel Exploration

  • Explore Import/Local procurement channels for cost cutting (kit packing, custom products)
  • Develop alternate sourcing to reduce lead times and improve resilience
  • Evaluate import vs. local trade-offs on cost, quality, and compliance

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Generate reports on inventory valuation, wastages, and partner-wise consumption
  • Coordinate quarterly stock checks and aging reports with warehouse
  • Drive process improvements and maintain full procurement documentation
Candidate Profile

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • 3–5 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
  • E-commerce / online marketplace background preferred
  • Strong ERP systems and procurement modules experience
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
  • Good communication skills in English & Arabic
  • Currently in KSA with transferable Iqama / Resident ID
  • Arab nationality candidates preferred
