Key Responsibilities
1

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock through Uniware ERP
  • Ensure timely updating of stock levels, batch details, expiry dates, and item codes
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records
  • Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels and alert management for replenishment
  • Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) method is followed for inventory rotation

ERP (Uniware) Software Operations

  • Manage day-to-day transactions including GRN, stock inward, stock outward, and returns
  • Track purchase orders, supplier invoices, and stock movement in Uniware
  • Coordinate with operations/finance teams for system-driven reconciliation

Store & Warehouse Operations

  • Supervise unloading, storage (based on designated shelves), and safe handling of goods
  • Ensure proper labeling, binning, and categorization of all materials
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the store/warehouse
  • Track and minimize pilferage, wastage, and damages

Coordination & Documentation

  • Liaise with the procurement team for timely replenishment of stock
  • Support operations team with on-time issue of items
  • Provide accurate inventory-related data to finance for audits and monthly closing
Candidate Profile

Must-Have Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Uniware (Unicommerce WMS/OMS) — Mandatory
  • 2–4 years' experience in storekeeping or inventory management
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and stock auditing
  • Familiarity with warehouse SOPs and FIFO practices
  • Proficient in MS Excel, reporting tools, and ERP systems
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure
  • Currently in KSA with transferable Iqama / Resident ID
