Key Responsibilities

Returns Receiving & Quality Control

Manage the returns of products/kits from partners, ensuring timely receipt at the warehouse
Conduct QC of all returned products and segregate them into Damaged, Repairable, and Usable categories
Add usable assets back to inventory directly after QC
Coordinate with repair vendors for repairable items and perform post-repair QC at the time of GRN before re-inventorizing

Uniware (ERP) Operations

Create PO-GRN in Uniware for adding returned/repaired items back into inventory
Ensure accurate item codes, quantities, and condition tagging during GRN of returned stock
Label products appropriately after they are added back to inventory

Partner Penalty & Compliance

Apply penalties to partners who fail to return assets/kits within the defined timeline
Apply penalties for fraud returns (e.g., wrong/damaged items, mismatched serials, tampering)
Apply penalties for frequent/repeated returns beyond acceptable norms
For churned partners, apply penalties on those who do not return their kits
Visit partner accommodations for stock room checks to verify kit/asset possession and condition

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with repair vendors on turnaround, cost, and quality of repairs
Coordinate with the logistics team for bringing returned items from partners/field to the warehouse
Identify ways to recover products in-house, and outsource recovery where in-house repair is not feasible

Reporting & Productivity

Share recovery reports covering amount saved and quantities refurbished/recovered
Share a monthly disposal report on unusable items, covering quantities and value
Drive and report the productivity of helpers deployed on return QC processing

Warehouse & Audit Support

Involve with the team during cycle counts and external audits
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/returns area

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Requirements

Hands-on experience with Uniware (Unicommerce WMS/OMS) — Mandatory
2–4 years' experience in storekeeping or inventory management
Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, stock auditing, and warehouse SOPs
Comfortable applying penalty and compliance actions directly with partners in the field
Proficient in MS Excel, reporting tools, and ERP systems
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure
Currently in KSA with transferable Iqama / Resident ID
